I'm Joseph. I started Zeitra when I was 19.
I run the business. Client relationships, strategy, pricing, outreach, branding, all of the operations behind what you see here. I work alongside a dedicated operator who specializes in building and maintaining the actual automation systems. Between us, we handle everything from the first conversation to the final handoff.
I've been into tech my whole life. If I didn't know how something worked, I'd research it until I did. That's how I've learned everything. No courses, no degrees. Just curiosity and not being okay with not understanding something. When AI started picking up speed and automation tools got serious, it clicked. This is where I'm supposed to be.
But I didn't start here. I graduated high school in 2024 and had no real direction for a while. I was working at a vape shop, coasting, no discipline, surrounded by people who kept me comfortable staying exactly where I was.
Then I made a choice. Quit nicotine, cut out everything that was keeping me the same, and started rebuilding from the ground up. My body and my mind, how I spent every hour. Not because someone told me to. Because I wanted to understand the world well enough to build something worth building in it.
Over ten straight months I poured hours into this every single day. I taught myself automation, AI, client operations, outreach, pricing, legal, branding. Tried running an ad agency first. Realized fast that automation is where the real shift is happening. We're at a turning point and I wanted to be on the right side of it.
Zeitra exists because I saw how much time business owners lose to work that doesn't need a person behind it. Answering the same questions every day. Copying data between tools. Following up manually when a system could do it in seconds. We build the systems that handle all of that so you can spend your time on the work that actually needs you.
But the bigger picture matters to me too. Think about what work actually looks like for a lot of people. All day, every day, contributing to something they don't own, just to keep the lights on. Maybe the reward is a vacation, some time with their kids, then back to it. I believe we're building toward something better. A future where people can actually explore what they care about and spend real time with the people they love instead of trading all of it away.
That's why I care about doing this ethically. I won't partner with anyone I don't align with. I want Zeitra to be the kind of company where anyone, no matter who they are, can trust that we're doing it the right way. I take feedback from every direction because I want every person who works with us to feel like they genuinely matter.
I'm not interested in replacing people with software. I'm interested in freeing people from work that was never meant for a human in the first place. Not because people aren't capable of it. Because they deserve better than it.
"Life is a dream, and you are its dreamer." - Neville Goddard
I take that seriously. There's a lot of fear around AI right now, and some of it is valid. But perspective is everything. The same technology people are afraid of is the same technology that can give people their time back, help small businesses compete with big ones, and free up room for the things that actually matter in life. I choose to see that side of it. And I'd rather spend my energy building toward it than sitting around worrying about it.
I've put more work into this than anything else in my life, and I love it. The goal isn't just to run a good agency. It's to help push AI toward a future that's ethical and actually built for people.
That's it.
