What We've Built
Production automation built for Chris Buys Houses, a real estate wholesaling operation. Fifteen workflows keeping two CRMs aligned in both directions, every day.
Three workflows keep sold status aligned across both CRMs. Daily sweep finds new sold properties, marks them in the source CRM, then matches each one to the dialer CRM by phone and moves the opportunity to the Sold stage. The reverse direction works the same way.
Every call disposition, call attempt, and SMS attempt logged in the dialer writes back to the source CRM in real time. Phone status flips automatically. Activity counters stay accurate. No more manual data entry between platforms.
Six workflows run every morning to keep the database organized. Properties get tagged Tier 1 or Tier 2 based on actual criteria like list count, absentee status, and source list. Vacants and absentee owners get auto-organized into dedicated lists.
