I'm Joseph Magyar, founder of Zeitra. I started this company at 19 because I genuinely believe people deserve to spend their time on work that matters — and too much of what small business owners deal with every day doesn't qualify.

The repetitive, draining, low-judgment tasks that fill up afternoons and kill momentum — that's what automation is for. Not the creativity. Not the empathy. Not the relationships or the judgment calls that actually need a person behind them. We're deliberate about that line. I care deeply about what technology does to the people it touches, and I'll turn down a project before I build something that replaces what should stay human.

Small businesses deserve the same operational infrastructure that larger companies take for granted — built with honesty, clear accountability, and without the impersonal experience that comes with most of this industry.
