Who we’ll hire (future rounds)

• Contracted Automation Operator — indefinite contract; builds and maintains automations, follows SOPs, owns operational reliability.
  
• Automation Consultant — bridges clients and operators; scopes work and supports handoffs.
  
• Admin / Systems — keeps documentation, access controls, and processes clean, plus other administrative work as needed.
  
• Other roles as we grow.
  

What we expect

• Execution, clear documentation, and steady improvement.
  
• Monday–Friday primary work; weekends only for emergencies.
  
• Daily health checks by cutoff; incidents acknowledged quickly.
  
• Tools: n8n, Notion, Slack.
  
• Compensation tied to delivered work and reliability; adherence to procedures matters.
